Once you submit your application, here's exactly what to expect from us.
Takes about 5 minutes. Tell us about your skin history, what you've already tried, and what you're looking for. This helps us prep for the call so we're not asking you to repeat your story.
You'll talk with one of our CSL dietitians. This is a real conversation, not a sales pitch. We listen first, ask questions about your skin and your goals, and assess mutual fit. If we're not the right people, we'll tell you straight up.
On the 20 minute consultation call, we don't talk about labs, programs, or details quite yet. The goal is to listen, hear your goals, and assess whether we're the right team to help you and allow you to ask questions too. If it's a mutual fit, we'll invite you to a longer follow-up call to dig into options together. Our reputation is our clients' results, so we only work with people we know we can support.
