THE SKIN AUDIT BOOTCAMP — TERMS & CONDITIONS

By purchasing and registering for The Skin Audit Bootcamp ("the Bootcamp"), you agree to the following terms. Please read them in full before completing your purchase.

1. WHAT YOU'RE PURCHASING

The Skin Audit Bootcamp is a three-session live educational program hosted by Nutrition by Robyn LLC, doing business as The Clear Skin Lab ("we," "us," "CSL"). Your $30 registration includes:

- Live access to all three Bootcamp sessions on July 6, July 8, and July 15, 2026

- Replay access to all three sessions for a limited time after the Bootcamp ends

- The Skin Audit assessment tool

- Access to bonus materials made available during the Bootcamp window

- Eligibility for any limited-time bonuses tied to enrollment in The Clear Skin Lab Premier program offered during the Bootcamp

2. EDUCATIONAL CONTENT — NOT MEDICAL ADVICE

The Bootcamp, The Skin Audit, and all materials provided are for educational and informational purposes only. They are not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Robyn Spangler is a Registered Dietitian, not a physician. Nothing shared during the Bootcamp constitutes a doctor-patient relationship.

You should consult a qualified healthcare provider before making changes to your diet, supplement regimen, medications, or any aspect of your health routine based on information shared in the Bootcamp. Do not disregard, avoid, or delay seeking medical advice from a qualified provider because of anything you learn here.

The Skin Audit is a clinical pattern tool. It surfaces likely root cause patterns based on symptom data. It is not diagnostic. Confirming any root cause requires lab work and a qualified practitioner.

3. NO GUARANTEED RESULTS

Every body is different. We do not guarantee any specific outcome from the Bootcamp, including but not limited to skin improvement, symptom resolution, or any health benefit. Examples of client outcomes shared during the Bootcamp are individual experiences and not predictions of your results.

4. REFUND POLICY — LOVE IT OR LEAVE IT GUARANTEE

We stand behind The Skin Audit Bootcamp with a Love It or Leave It guarantee:

Show up live to Session 1 on Monday, July 6. Do the work alongside Robyn. If you don't feel like you've already learned something that shifts how you see your skin, email our team at hello@theclearskinlab.com by 11:59pm CT on July 6 and we'll refund your registration. No questions, no friction.

Refund Eligibility Requirements:

- You must attend Session 1 live on Monday, July 6, 2026

- You must submit your refund request to hello@theclearskinlab.com no later than 11:59pm CT on Monday, July 6, 2026

- Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days

Outside of the Love It or Leave It window described above, all Bootcamp registrations are final and non-refundable. After 11:59pm CT on July 6, 2026, no refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to: inability to attend remaining live sessions, change of mind, technical issues on your end, or dissatisfaction with content delivered after Session 1.

If you experience a technical issue on our end preventing access to Session 1 itself, contact hello@theclearskinlab.com immediately and we will work to resolve it.

5. ATTENDANCE AND REPLAYS

Live attendance is encouraged. Replay access is provided as a courtesy and is available for a limited time after each session. We are not responsible for technical issues on your end (internet connection, device compatibility, Zoom errors) that prevent you from attending live or accessing replays. Note that the Love It or Leave It guarantee in Section 4 specifically requires live attendance to Session 1.

6. SESSION 3 HOT SEAT SUBMISSIONS

The Bootcamp includes an optional "Hot Seat" segment in Session 3 where Robyn may review submitted audit results live. If you submit your results for consideration, you agree that:

- Your submission may be reviewed live during the session in front of other participants

- Robyn reserves the right to select which submissions to review based on educational value

- Submissions are anonymized for any post-Bootcamp content; first names or initials only may be used during the live segment, by your election when submitting

- Submitting does not guarantee selection

If you do not wish for your information to be discussed in any format, do not submit.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All Bootcamp content — including session recordings, slides, The Skin Audit tool, written materials, frameworks, and bonus resources — is the intellectual property of Nutrition by Robyn LLC. You are granted a personal, non-transferable license to access and use this content for your own learning.

You may not:

- Record, screen-capture, or redistribute any session content

- Share login credentials, replay links, or access codes with anyone outside your household

- Resell, repackage, or reproduce any Bootcamp materials in any format

- Use any portion of the Bootcamp content to build, train, or inform competing programs, courses, or commercial offerings

Violation may result in immediate termination of access without refund and may result in legal action.

8. CODE OF CONDUCT

Live sessions are interactive. You agree to treat Robyn, the CSL team, and other participants with respect. We reserve the right to remove any participant from live sessions, comments, or community spaces for behavior we determine to be disruptive, harassing, or otherwise inappropriate, without refund.

9. PRIVACY AND DATA

Information you provide during registration (name, email, payment information) and any data you submit through The Skin Audit is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at theclearskinlab.com/privacy. We do not sell your information.

If you choose to share details about your symptoms, health history, or results during live sessions (in chat, audio, or video), you do so voluntarily and understand that other participants may see or hear that information.

10. PREMIER PROGRAM AND BONUS OFFERS

During the Bootcamp, we may offer enrollment in The Clear Skin Lab Premier program with limited-time bonuses tied to enrollment within a specified window. Premier is a separate offer governed by its own enrollment agreement. Bootcamp registration does not include Premier enrollment, lab work, or one-on-one coaching.

Bonus deadlines, contents, and terms are as stated during the Bootcamp and are non-negotiable after the deadline passes.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nutrition by Robyn LLC, Robyn Spangler, and all affiliated parties shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your participation in the Bootcamp, your use of The Skin Audit, or your use of any information provided.

You agree that any liability is limited to the amount you paid to register for the Bootcamp.

12. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these terms at any time. The version posted at the time of your purchase governs your registration.

13. GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
