By purchasing The Skin Audit ("the Audit"), you agree to the following terms. Please read them in full before completing your purchase.

1. WHAT YOU'RE PURCHASING

The Skin Audit is a digital, self-guided assessment tool provided by Nutrition by Robyn LLC, doing business as The Clear Skin Lab ("we," "us," "CSL"). Your registration includes:

- Immediate access to complete The Skin Audit assessment

- A personalized results report delivered instantly upon completion

- Short accompanying videos that walk you through your results

2. ABOUT THIS AUDIT

The Skin Audit is a clinical pattern tool built from over 50 years of combined practitioner experience across the Clear Skin Lab team and thousands of CSL client data points where symptom patterns were cross-referenced with lab findings.

Disclaimer: This audit is not diagnostic. Confirming the actual root cause requires lab work to be paired with a symptom assessment like this. Your audit results are the starting point for a real conversation with a qualified practitioner, not a treatment plan.

3. EDUCATIONAL CONTENT, NOT MEDICAL ADVICE

The Audit, your results report, and all accompanying materials are for educational and informational purposes only. They are not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Nothing provided through the Audit constitutes a practitioner-client or doctor-patient relationship.

Do not disregard, avoid, or delay seeking medical advice from a qualified provider because of anything you learn here.

4. NO GUARANTEED RESULTS

Every body is different. We do not guarantee any specific outcome from the Audit, including but not limited to skin improvement, symptom resolution, or any health benefit. Examples of client outcomes shared on our website or in our materials are individual experiences and are not predictions of your results.

5. REFUND POLICY

Because you receive immediate access to your results and accompanying videos the moment you complete the Audit, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to change of mind, technical issues on your end, or dissatisfaction with your results.

If you experience a technical issue on our end that prevents you from accessing or completing the Audit, email hello@theclearskinlab.com and we will work to resolve it.

6. ACCESS AND TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

The Audit requires an internet connection and a modern web browser. We are not responsible for technical issues on your end (internet connection, device compatibility, browser errors) that prevent you from completing the Audit or accessing your results.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All Audit content, including the assessment tool, scoring framework, results report, videos, and all written materials, is the intellectual property of Nutrition by Robyn LLC. You are granted a personal, non-transferable license to access and use this content for your own learning.

You may not:

- Screen-capture, reproduce, or redistribute any portion of the Audit or its results framework

- Share login credentials, access links, or your results report with anyone outside your household

- Resell, repackage, or reproduce any Audit materials in any format

- Use any portion of the Audit content to build, train, or inform competing programs, courses, tools, or commercial offerings

Violation may result in immediate termination of access without refund and may result in legal action.

8. PRIVACY AND DATA

Information you provide during purchase (name, email, payment information) and any data you submit through the Audit is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at theclearskinlab.com/privacy. We do not sell your information.

By purchasing, you agree to receive emails from The Clear Skin Lab related to your Audit results and our programs. You may unsubscribe at any time.

9. THE CLEAR SKIN LAB PREMIER AND OTHER OFFERS

Your Audit purchase does not include lab work, one-on-one coaching, a treatment plan, or enrollment in any Clear Skin Lab program. Those are separate offers governed by their own agreements and terms.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nutrition by Robyn LLC, Robyn Spangler, and all affiliated parties shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the Audit, your results, or any information provided.

You agree that any liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Audit.

11. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these terms at any time. The version posted at the time of your purchase governs your purchase.

12. GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
