Got a burning question? Check these first.

  • I currently do not work with men or children. I like to stay in my lane: women’s health and skin.

  • Unfortunately, due to legal mumbo jumbo, I can’t accept clients outside of the United States.

  • We’ve got you. We handle everything you’ll need including various at home kits and/or blood labs. You won’t need to go through your doctor.

  • I do not accept insurance but we do take HSA (health savings accounts).

  • Totally! Our 1 : 1 coaching is 100% virtual, and all of our programs take place online! Pants not required. But honestly encouraged, ya know?

  • I work with women to help optimize fertility, but I don’t typically take on new clients who are currently pregnant or early on with breastfeeding. We often do lab testing and utilize various supplements which are not tested for accuracy or safety when pregnant or breastfeeding. You are welcome to circle back when you’re ready!

  • Before talking numbers, I’d love to jump on a free strategy call to ensure we’re a good fit, first. Then, we’ll discuss which type of program would be best for you to reach your goals and go over the deets, including pricing.

  • We’re all about individualization here so it’s impossible to answer that without chatting first! In order to create your personalized plan we use your health history, your current lifestyle, your symptoms and functional lab results as guidance to create a plan.

  • We don’t do a la carte appointments because it’s a disadvantage to you! The best results come from committing to the whole program. This is personalized care and over time, we end up making adjustments/refinements which get lost in single lab review sessions. Additionally, not all labs are created equal and we’re picky with the type of speciality testing we do. If you have previous labs, we are happy to review those during your evaluation appointment in the program!
