Here's the thing: we want every woman who works with us to feel confident in her decision before she ever clicks "purchase." That means being upfront about how our refund and cancellation terms work for each offer.
Please read this policy carefully before completing your purchase. By purchasing any program, lab panel, or service from The Clear Skin Lab, you acknowledge and agree to the terms below.
General Policy
Because our offers include digital content, lab kits that ship to your home, third-party lab processing, and licensed practitioner time, most purchases are non-refundable once your order is placed or your service has begun. Specific terms for each offer are listed below.
Jumpstart Program
The Jumpstart Program is a digital, self-paced course with immediate access upon purchase.
All sales are final. Because of the digital nature of the program, no refunds are offered once access has been granted.
Premier credit: The full purchase price of Jumpstart can be applied toward enrollment in the Clear Skin Lab Premier program if upgraded within 30 days of the original Jumpstart purchase.
HSA/FSA eligible.
Mineral Test Panel
The Mineral Test Panel includes a Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis (HTMA) at-home test kit, third-party lab processing, and a personalized video interpretation by a CSL practitioner.
All sales are final. No refunds will be issued once the order is placed.
Completion window: You have 90 days from the date of purchase to complete and return your test kit.

Acne Lab Panel & Acne Lab Panel PLUS
These panels include physical lab kits, prepaid shipping, third-party lab processing (LabCorp, Trace Elements, Hakala Labs, Diagnostic Solutions), and a comprehensive video interpretation from a licensed CSL practitioner.
All sales are final. No refunds will be issued once the order is placed and lab kits have been shipped or processed.
Completion window: You have 3 months from the date of purchase to complete all testing.
Premier credit: The full purchase price applies toward enrollment in the Clear Skin Lab Premier program if upgraded within 14 days of receiving your video analysis.

Available to US residents only (not available in NY, NJ, or RI).
Clear Skin Lab Premier (1:1 Program)
The Premier program is a 6-month 1:1 program that includes comprehensive functional lab testing, ongoing licensed practitioner support, fully customized protocols, group calls, and community access. Full terms and conditions for Premier are detailed in the Purchase Agreement signed by each enrolled Member, which governs in the event of any conflict with this summary.
Set Call deposit: A $97 deposit is required to schedule your Set Call. This deposit is fully refundable if you choose not to move forward with Premier, or applied to your enrollment if you do.
No refunds on enrollment. Once the Purchase Agreement has been signed, all payments — whether paid in full, via internal payment plan, or via third-party extended financing — are non-refundable.
6-month service commitment. Enrollment includes a 6-month commitment. Payment plan and extended financing obligations continue for the full term, regardless of usage or participation. Extended financing fees and interest charges are non-refundable.
Waitlist deposit. When the Premier program is at capacity, a $1,000 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve a Member's spot. This deposit is applied toward the Member's first program payment upon enrollment. If the remaining balance or first payment is not completed within 72 hours of being notified that an active spot is available, the deposit is forfeited.
Termination by Member. After four (4) months of services, a Member may terminate enrollment by providing forty-five (45) days written notice. Members remain financially responsible for all services rendered and labs ordered through the effective termination date. No refunds will be issued.
The Clear Skin Lab Promise. Members who complete the full 6 months, submit their Monthly Transformation Tracker, provide progress photos, and demonstrably follow their protocols — yet show no symptom progress — will receive a 90-day program extension at no additional cost. This extension is offered in lieu of a refund.
How to Request a Refund or Discuss Your Order
If you have a question about your order, your eligibility, or believe an exception applies to your situation, please contact us before initiating any third-party dispute. We're real humans, and we're happy to talk it through.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
If you have a concern about your purchase, please reach out to us directly first. Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us is a violation of these terms. Members who file disputes without prior communication may be permanently disqualified from future programs and services.
Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes apply to purchases made after the updated effective date. The current version of this policy supersedes any prior versions.
