If you have chronic skin issues that have lasted more than 12 months (acne, eczema, psoriasis, HS, KP, rosacea, hives, dermatitis), yes. The audit framework is the same across conditions because the root causes overlap. The Clear Skin Lab has helped women clear all of these.
can teens, men or non-US residents take the audit?
Yes, absolutely!
do you recommend the Skin Audit if pregnant or nursing?
You can certainly take it, yes. However, in terms of action steps taken from the results: if you're pregnant, we typically encourage waiting until at least 6 months postpartum. Some of the strategies your labs may call for aren't recommended during pregnancy, and it's not a time we want to work on hormones or the immune system, so it's best to wait.
If you're nursing, please go ahead and apply, and we can talk through timing options together.
